About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in maturing the talent acquisition efforts to support NetDocuments growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, technical and non-technical. This role will report to the SVP, People & Culture.
The ideal candidate will have experience, understanding the changing job market and be able to adjust recruiting strategies accordingly to find the perfect candidate for each requisition.
What your contributions will be:
Develops, facilities, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and needs to the organization
Owns job positing and advertisement processes
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials including training managers on best practices
Owns the interview process, attending, and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensures compliance with global, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting fairs as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the team:
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, market trends, and talent landscape
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other HR technologies
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results
What you will need for success:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Understanding of global, federal, state, and local laws regulations, and best practices of hiring and recruitment
Ideally you will have:
PHR or SHRM-CP
Talent acquisition specialty credential
Experience with both corporate and technical role hiring
