Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Spring Education Group is growing rapidly and is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help create and drive recruiting strategies that lead to acquiring the best talent needed to keep pace with our Early Childhood Education (ECE) growth, realize our mission and reach our business goals. This position will recruit and screen candidates for a broad variety of positions both in the field, ECE related corporate roles, and leadership roles within our preschools. This person will play a key role in attracting top talent for our preschools.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide end to end recruitment lifecycle management for vacancies to include operations and school based roles
Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions
Source and recruit for non-teaching school based positions as well as corporate support roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience for all candidates by setting clear expectations and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process on their particular status
Develop comprehensive knowledge of our early education business, positions and culture to effectively align talent to the business needs and mission
Champion the recruitment process with hiring managers through consultation on strategic and emerging recruitment trends, best practices and promote the business case for recruiting and selecting the best talent; influence managers as appropriate
Apply a creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative attraction and sourcing methods that include social media, Boolean searches, cold-calling, networking, and attending professional events to actively engage with both passive and active job seekers directly
Conduct phone, Zoom and in-person interviews and evaluate candidate skill level and company fit
Contribute to recruitment Social Media efforts (e.g. contributes to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter either directly or by providing content)
Determine and recommend appropriate sourcing tools and strategies, strategically selecting appropriate job boards and other mediums to identify quality talent and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Build talent networks and pools by sourcing qualified passive candidates that can fill future talent needs
Use and maintain the in-house applicant tracking system to effectively to document activity ad track and communicate with candidates

Expert multi-task management, resource management and interpersonal skills to support time-sensitive search assignment needs
Exhibit advanced knowledge of selection practices and behavioral-based interview techniques
Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates
Strong business acumen
Effective Internet skills to include Boolean search expertise, AIRs search techniques, and creative/innovative researching knowledge
Strong commitment to customer/candidate service (e.g. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and managers).
Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills -- technically savvy
Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools.
