  • Work closely with the People & Culture lead for the SMS and G&A organizations, the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief Financial Officer and their leadership teams to qualify ideal Jumio candidates

  • Manage agency or firm used for additional talent acquisition tasks

  • Be familiar with advanced sourcing and recruiting techniques to ensure a pipeline of sales, marketing, customer and G&A talent

  • Screen candidates, attract, and host top talent to interview for roles

  • Be familiar with a variety of research methods to identify candidates (code repositories, LinkedIn, Google, open source communities, coding competitions, advanced degree programs, etc.)

  • Ensure candidates have a great experience through the whole recruitment process

  • Coach candidates and team leads through the hiring process

  • Assist hiring managers with writing position specifications and/or job descriptions and with interview scheduling

  • Negotiate compensation and close offers with candidates

  • Ensure compliance on recruitment procedures and regulations

  • Support tracking of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)

  • Together with People & Culture leader, and technology leadership team, create a hiring strategy for the different departments and having input and involvement with employer branding initiatives/events


  • Minimum 5-7 years sourcing/recruiting experience

  • International talent acquisition experience preferred

  • Passionate about identity protection and Jumio's product

  • Able to speak to our technology/industry

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Proven ability to effectively screen candidates and work with hiring managers

  • Strong passion to work in a startup environment

  • Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment

  • Creative problem-solver

  • Self-starter

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experienced user of technology / ATS, Google Calendar, MS Office suite

  • Experience with Linked-In and Jobvite; advanced skills in Linked-In a plus

  • Proactive team member who loves to interact with people from different countries and cultures

  • Engaging personality with a good sense of humor and the ability to win over others
