Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your high degree of technical job knowledge around staffing and staffing programs will be heavily called on as you identify, attract, and close top talent.
You are a driven, competitive, collaborative recruiter with a proven track record of success in corporate and/or agency recruiting, and your success in this role hinges on your keen ability to foster strong relationships with your recruiters, internal teams and hiring managers in order to identify the right candidate.
Your consultative approach will serve you well in this position, enabling you to work proactively with your clients to present the most qualified candidates and drive the process to a successful hire.
This is not a position for a wallflower; content with working behind the scenes; a process-driven mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take the recruiting bull by the horns will help you achieve results.
Your impeccable organizational ability and flawless efficiency in execution will make it easy for you to process large amounts of data and competing priorities.
Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Collaborates with Coordinators to manage an efficient model of operation.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
Coach hiring managers, interview panelists, and key stakeholders on the Oath interview standards and processes
Prepare offers for executive and hiring committee review
Extend and close offers to candidates, which may include bonuses, sign-ons, equity grants, and relocation packages Qualifications
3+ years technical recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
Able to communicate to our technology/industry.
Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
Experience researching/sourcing and closing candidates
Candidate engagement experience
Tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities.
