Kum & Go is currently searching for a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager this visible position provides Talent Acquisition leadership for corporate based roles bringing seasoned experience in Talent Acquisition and "best in class" sourcing, recruiting and selection techniques to recruit and select great talent for Krause Group. This leader will use seasoned consulting skills to effectively work with leadership to build a strategic recruiting plan and effective sourcing strategies for key positions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will specialize in executive recruiting, providing leadership to high level searches in a broad range of departments and businesses. This role requires a high level of professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Additionally, this role serves as a positive ambassador for the company to both active and passive candidates. In addition, this role leads key, large scale projects. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate and influence driving projects forward while meeting the needs of the business. What you'll do

  • Create talent acquisition strategy for recruiting of high quality executive talent, and for a broad range of unique positions and international roles.

  • Implement best practice strategies for sourcing the best pool of candidates possible.

  • Responsible for ensuring the diverse set of corporate positions in a broad range of businesses and departments are filled with high quality talent.

  • Consult with executive leadership to understand talent acquisition needs and provide recommendations on selection criteria.

  • Source best candidates possible (passive and active) using multiple sources including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Brew, and other proactive and varied recruiting methodologies.

  • Skillfully interview candidates and influence/coach management to select the best long term candidate.

  • Actively coach and influences senior leadership and management on recruiting and selection.

  • Accurately and persuasively represent the company and culture as an ambassador of the organization.

  • Utilizes strong business acumen to understand and convey to candidates the broad range of roles they represent.

  • Lead significant, large scale projects with a high impact. Given a topic, vision, and/or concept, can develop a full vision of the project, create buy in and alignment with management, identify key policy issues and make recommendations for change.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; adaptable and learns quickly.

  • Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing; highly organized.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

  • A minimum experience target 10 years of experience within talent acquisition/recruitment and human resources.
