Tactical Air Support Inc. Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (Net Enabled Weapons) Oceana, VA $59 - $80 per hour DOE Position Summary We are immediately seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division and support our Net Enabled Weapons (NEW) training team in the Oceana, VA area. The ACES Division supports Tactical Air's mission by delivering world class training, products, and support directly to fleet aviators.

As part of ACES, the NEW team provides the latest information on aircraft software features and weapon functionality to warfighters so that they can be successful in combat. The NEW training program is dynamic and challenging. The team delivers between four and six Network Enabled Weapon University (NEW U) courses per year and also supports multiple naval exercises in Europe and the Pacific.

Travel locations include all domestic Fleet concertation areas as well as Europe, Asia and Australia. An NEW team member can expect travel up to two weeks per month in support of warfighter training. Responsibilities Research, process, and distill complex technical material for meaningful and engaging presentation to fleet Naval Aviators Conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree Minimum of eight years as F/A-18 aircrew (pilot or WSO) Familiarity and expertise with F/A-18 mission planning and training systems Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S. Valid state driver license U.S. Citizenship with a current and active DoD Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility Desired Experience/Skills Extensive operational Fighter/Attack experience and graduate-level credentials in Super Hornet employment, instruction, and/or flight test.

Experience with various operational squadrons, training squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry Excellent customer service skills Ability to conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects SAP program eligibility advantageous Work Authorization Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace.
