Work with senior leaders at the Office of Naval Intelligence!We are looking for a Senior System Engineer with Architecture experience to support of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). This position will directly support the PM and other senior members of the Partnerships and Capabilities Directorate (N3) at ONI.

Our Senior level System Engineer will do stuff like this:

Maintain, control, and review change control processes for software and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) artifacts.
Participate in the refinement of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant architecture diagrams such as system views (SVs) and operational views (OVs).
Support the Program Manager (PM) with the development of position papers, technical summaries, trade-off analyses, and highlights of key program issues.
Track, follow-up, and ensure completion of action items resulting from various engineering program reviews, working group reviews, and independent reviews.
Provide additional engineering support as requested and assigned by the PM.

To get started in this exciting opportunity, you need a TS/SCI clearance.You need a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.CSEP or equivalent certification.Ten (10) years’ experience in the IT field. Minimum 3 Years Project Management experience.Also, you should have experience with Architecture development/refinement, particularly with DODAF framework and artifacts.CSEP or equivalent Certification is required.
