Be a Technical Leader

You'll leverage your expertise in mobile device management (MDM) to architect and define infrastructure needs. This includes spearheading solutions, leading projects, and coaching teammates to navigate our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, SCCM, SOTI MobiControl, Zoom Device Manager, Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP).

• Collaborate with architects to evaluate new technologies and define the multi-year roadmap for our infrastructure team.

• Develop and implement technical standards for mobile devices, ensuring security and efficiency.

• Partner with End User Support and Infrastructure Delivery Teams to streamline workflows and best practices.

• Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and proactively solve problems.

We Value Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Zoom Device Manager).

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) for automating tasks.

• Experience with cloud ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Azure).

• In-depth knowledge of mobile device security best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A passion for problem-solving and innovation.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
