The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Systems and Data Analyst to join the Close-To-Report Systems and Data Analysis group in St. Louis, MO.
The chosen candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing complex integrations between existing PeopleSoft Finance and new Workday implementations. The job entails applying significant accounting and systems knowledge to understanding a complex labor/payroll distribution system, and it's interaction with both existing and new Workday HR and Payroll processes, as well as both existing and future Accounting processes.
Use your considerable Accounting and Systems experience to identify design & configuration options based on business requirements and industry standards
Understand the implications of system design choices made and collaborate across agile teams to ensure a cohesive system solution
In an Scaled Agile environment, work with business team members, product owners, industry assist partners, and other team members to define business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans
Perform system functionality testing in support of integration, implementation, and upgrade-focused tests
Support production processing of your agile team's functional capability, troubleshooting and resolving reported issues and system-generated alerts/alarms in coordination with direct system users, business subject matter experts and other IT personnel.
Fulfill user-requested system changes, supporting a full lifecycle of change management processes

Finance or Technical background in solution development
