U.S. Bank is seeking a Systems Administrator Senior - Exchange and Skype Messaging Administrator with multiple platform and applications analysis experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives with experience supporting enterprise-wide messaging applications and services. Participates in design and service delivery for messaging systems platform and all related sub-systems. Coordinates and performs configuration changes and application upgrades. Provides tier four support for customers and participates in high severity incident On-Call duties. Documents, communicates best practices policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 6 years experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure.
MCSE- Communication, MCSE- Messaging, and/or MCSA- Office 365 certification or 2 years equivalent work experience.
2 years Microsoft O365 Exchange Online and Exchange OnPrem administration experience.
2 years Lync/Skype Server and/or Microsoft O365 Skype administration experience.
Solid understanding of PowerShell to administer systems both Online and OnPrem.
Strong problem solving and research capabilities.
Excellent time management, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
