Senior Systems Analyst
The Role
Do you want to make a difference in our customers' lives and work with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to improving the value of our service offerings across Fidelity Institutional? We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who will drive the end user experience with your technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support our account management effort for Fidelity Institutional Clearing and Custody Clients.
The focus of this position will entail driving the technical analysis and support of our FI account management systems. You will be expected to support extensive gap analysis, research dataflows from user facing UIs through to backend systems and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. You will work closely with the Squad Lead and a team to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up FI Digital Account Management experiences.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's Degree required, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technology preferred.
Demonstratable professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
Brokerage experience required, and some familiarity in account management capabilities strongly preferred
Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
Solid grasp and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
Proficiency with SQL tools and querying relational databases
Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent analytical skills

The Team
The Systems Analyst will be part of the FI Digital Account Management product area. The candidate will be a core member on a multi-functional Agile scrum team (squad), partnering with squad leads, business analysts, architects, technology leads, to ensure successful delivery of program objectives and alignment of the work to deliver the product roadmap.
