We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst.

What you'll do:

  • Identify vendor performance improvement opportunities related to on-time delivery, fill rates, delay rates, cancellations, and returns.

  • Collect, track, and evaluate key performance indicators across the supply chain

  • Build out Vendor Scorecard reporting and automated communication

  • Leverage technology and your data analytics skills to efficiently and effectively deliver forward-looking insight to the internal team for proactive issue resolution

  • Develop and maintain models that associate key supply chain activity and events with financial performance

  • Perform complex data analysis, which includes root cause analysis, regressions, correlations, and optimizations to drive improvements within the supply chain

  • Extract and manipulate data across various data sources, along with deep diving into data to analyze root causes

  • Identify operational performance improvement opportunities

What you'll need

  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex data and quantitative findings into meaningful business recommendations that drive financial and operational performance improvement

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects.

  • Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and taking initiative.

  • Ability to challenge and negotiate with both internal and external customers

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics, Advanced Mathematics, or any other quantitative field; emphasis in statistics, math, or related field preferred.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a business, data, or supply chain analyst dealing with large complex data scenarios in an eCommerce setting.

  • Automotive/ Automotive Accessories industry a plus

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts - logistics network planning, optimization, forecasting, dropshipping - either gained through work experience or degree

  • Strong data organizational skills - Ability to create and maintain high volume data (transfer, transform, clean, and update). Big data processing techniques, preferred

  • Competency in at least one Data ETL (SQL, Python, Java, etc.)

  • Exceptional Spreadsheet skills (MS Excel Google Sheets)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Big Query, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)

  • Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills - including the ability to effectively communicate end results to technical as well as non-technical teams

You will be leading contract negotiations, and will need to draft and negotiate contractual terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for negotiating and executing the contract with the supplier to meet the expectations of the commodity team strategies as well as to support the organizations' goals, objectives, and expected financial results. In addition, you will work independently in the contract review and execution process to ensure contractual requirements are met including any customer requirements or flow downs, and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures. Primary Responsibilities * Reviews incoming internal customer requests for proposals, proposal requirements terms and conditions for acceptability and compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for structuring and administering contractual documents that establish business relationships with suppliers. Coordinates inputs from Enterprise Commodity/Subcontract Program Managers, Procurement, Engineering, Legal, etc. to structure contracts. * Plans and leads negotiation efforts with suppliers including the development of negotiation strategies which meet business objectives. . * Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact to the proposal or procurement activity. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policies, government and commercial specifications and other requirements. * Manages contract performance from beginning to end for conformance to original proposal or contract. * Briefs Commodity/Subcontracts team, Senior Management and other functional areas on contract status, including obtaining appropriate level DOA for contract execution, as required. * Utilizes Legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed and documented through development of unique contract terms and conditions. * Operates in accordance with company policies and complies with accepted business ethics. * Acts as official company and procurement representative regarding legal requirements and government regulations. Takes necessary action or coordinates action to resolve any contractual issues within a reasonable time frame.
