Senior Supervisor, Print and Mail Operations

About the Role:

As a Senior Supervisor in our Print and Mail Operations, you will lead critical functions involved in manufacturing and mailing client documents. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of documents for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage print and mailroom operations, including operating equipment for document production and mailing.

• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvement.

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees, focusing on quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document processing.

• Resolve complex issues and provide support for HR-related matters.

• Oversee employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and management.

• Assign and manage staff to meet Service Level Agreements and optimize operational performance.

• Continuously assess operational metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a print and mail environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address unique challenges.

• Familiarity with print and mail equipment and processes.

• Knowledge of document manufacturing and mailing regulations and best practices.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $55,595 - $72,000
