What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program Senior Superintendent Requirements: 12 years experience as a Superintendent Demonstrated success in managing large ($35M) and complex projects. Holds a Class A Contractor Supervisor Certificate in a Colorado Front Range municipality or ability to attain within 12 months.

LEED accredidation is a plus.
