Senior Superintendents for New York, NY location. Manage multiple large and complex construction projects with a high level of quality assurance and quality control, including preparing project schedules, phasing plans, and General Conditions Analysis Reports. Manage submittal, RFI, and change-order processes. Active participation in RFP response, including leading development presentations and pitches. Supervise pre-construction planning. Supervise and manage internal field team, trade partners, and owner vendors. Oversee personnel management and career development of junior staff, including development of training content. Coordinate plans with architects and engineers, supervise the maintenance of accurate and detailed field document control processes, participate in business development and client relationship management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field plus seven years of progressive experience in the job offered or in a Civil Engineering position required.
Required skills: Experience with CMiC, Phoenix Scheduler, PlanGrid; surveying logistical challenges associated with a building, such as double-lift elevators, to determine how deliveries will be impacted; identifying the amount of protection and clean up that will be needed for a project and the frequency of debris removal; assessing personnel hours required during a project's life cycle, including overtime; Completing and approving General Conditions Analyses.
