Actalent in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Senior General Superintendent to lead a large healthcare project in Petersburg, VA and a long-term career within the Richmond, VA area.

• Strong technical and communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs

• Must possess the ability to participate in sales process, interviews and presentations.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• 15+ years of experience on a $50 million - $100+ million commercial/industrial construction project or multiple projects in a superintendent role (healthcare construction experience is a plus!)
