About the Role

The Senior Styling Strategy Manager is responsible for building and executing strategies to support our long term company and Styling objectives for the global team. This person will champion and lead projects across a variety of Styling topics (e.g., growth, technology / tools, metrics, processes, organization) while playing a critical role in championing our Styling vision across the organization. The Senior Styling Strategy Manager will have the opportunity to tackle challenging global business problems, drive change and innovation within the organization, and work alongside the exceptionally talented individuals and cross functional teams at Stitch Fix.

This role is highly cross-functional in nature and involves high-touch partnership with Algorithms, Engineering, and Product Management teams to build and implement strategic roadmaps to support near, mid, and long term Styling business priorities. In addition, the leader in this role will work closely with Strategy, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure Styling is poised to support broader enterprise-wide initiatives such as international launches, new business line launches, etc. This leader will also work internally within the Styling function to ensure our Styling Field organization scales strategically.

This position will report to the Director of Styling Strategy and Business Operations and will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers and Strategy Associates.

You will be responsible for driving the story development process in partnership with leaders and subject matter experts throughout LinkedIn. You will work closely with other marketing disciplines, especially PR, Marcom, Brand and Field teams, to maximize impact from the event. This leader must be determined, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and able to influence at all levels. Responsibilities: * Lead keynote planning and production with creative, research, and industry teams * Drive keynote vision and narrative, working closely with executives * Drive connectivity between keynote theme and messaging to breakout sessions * Source customers and guest speakers in conjunction with key stakeholders * Coach presenters and push back as necessary to maintain integrity of storyline * Proactively drive for connection points with overall attendee experience * Manage stakeholders, including executives * Run focus groups, rehearsals, and overall schedule * Be the decision maker on keynote staging, creative, and entertainment * Collaborate with presenters and the creative team on presentation content * Collaborate with content developers on their keynotes, sharing best practices across * Create keynote production templates or toolkits to drive consistency * Manage overall production timeline and budget as well as external agencies in support of the keynote show * Drive content strategy to extend flagship event for regional roll out.
