The impact you will have in this role:
Are you passionate about creating captivating visual experiences? Do you have a keen eye for lighting design and camera operation? We are seeking a talented Senior Studio Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.
We have recently upgraded our production and edit facilities and are seeking a skilled professional to ensure smooth and efficient content creation. Your primary focus will be lighting design and camera operation but will encompass various facets of a fully functioning production environment. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Design lighting schemes that enhance the mood and atmosphere of various productions, including live events, taped events, field shoots, and studio recordings
Set up, operate, and maintain lighting equipment and additional production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual elements.
Operate cameras to capture high-quality footage, ensuring proper framing, focus, and exposure.
Oversee the overall functioning of the broadcast studio, ensuring it is well-equipped, organized, and maintained.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment, including cameras, lighting rigs, and audio devices.
Manage studio bookings, availability, and technical requirements for upcoming productions.
Plan and schedule studio resources, crew members, and equipment for all productions
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success:
Proven experience as a lighting designer and camera operator in various production settings
Proficiency in operating a variety of lighting equipment, such as spotlights, LED panels, and gels.
Strong understanding of camera operation techniques, including composition, exposure, and focus
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proven experience in broadcast studio management and production coordination.
