What You’ll Do You’ll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional project results.

Being part of a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, you’ll oversee structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications while ensuring quality control and compliance. Regular site visits will allow you to conduct field observations, respond to RFIs, and review submittals. Beyond technical responsibilities, you’ll contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and nurturing client relationships.

You’ll also play a key role in team meetings—both virtual and in-person—where your insights and expertise will help shape project success. Managing project budgets, schedules, and workload forecasting will be crucial in keeping projects on track. About You We’re looking for a Structural Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and at least five years of experience in structural design, including concrete and steel.
