What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitate and monitor structural design development

  • Demonstrate structural direction for both current and new projects/facilities

  • Coordinate and lead the development of construction and design documents that follow industry standards, codes, and guiltiness

  • Prioritize organization and planning so that cost, quality, customer service, and safety are always maximized and incorporated into design during entire life cycle of each project

  • Complete field investigations, site surveys, and condition surveys

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Structural Engineering Design

  • Structural Design

  • PE license in Florida OR own a current NCEES!

  • Structural Design Software

  • MecaWind

  • Bentley

  • Revit

  • AutoCAD

  • MS Office Suite

  • Civil Engineering

VIEW JOBS 1/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-10T00:00 -Mechanical Engineer responsible for the conceptual and detail design and analysis of advanced hardware through the full product life cycle. * Work collaboratively with individuals from complementary disciplines within the Engineering, Manufacturing and Sub-Contracts organizations. * Apply research to the planning, design, development, and testing of new aerospace and related products. * Work with little direction and develop advanced technical principles, techniques and concepts. * Provide stress analysis support for product design. Specifically, must be proficient in stress analysis, finite element analysis, structural testing, structural test correlation. * Must be knowledgeable in structural analysis, report writing, presentations preparation and oral delivery. -Requires knowledge of related application software such as Nastran, Abaqus, NX, I-DEAS, FEMAP, Patran, HyperMesh, BetaCAE. Provide general program support toward achieving technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives for production and design engineering. * Assist with production issues resolution and root cause analysis. * Communicate technical status and issues to internal and external program and functional leadership. * Occasional travel to provide on-site support at customer and suppliers locations.
