Job Function Summary
The Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team, based in Minneapolis, is the analytics engine for the US Chronic Care business. You will work closely with our Consumer business leaders and cross-functional partners (e.g. marketing) to parse trends, develop insights, and manage projects to improve how Coloplast engages with its users.

As the Consumer ComEx Analyst your work will contribute directly to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs every day.
Major Areas of Accountability
Identify and drive commercial and strategic projects related to our consumer sales, marketing & advising teams
Build robust performance management foundation and lead/support monthly performance management conversations
Lead/support ongoing deliverables, including annual business and financial planning and semi-annual business review
Become a trusted senior advisor to our US consumer management teams on analytics, investment opportunities, business model innovation, and strategic direction
Actively engage in the planning and execution of marketing activities, while enabling a positive end user experience in line with Coloplast's mission of helping people with intimate healthcare needs.
Actively engage in the ongoing enhancement of the Coloplast Care Patient Support Programs in the US to enable patients with intimate healthcare needs to move from confusion to confidence.
Basic Qualifications
Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy/ corporate development, M&A, and/or analytics role
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
Solid planning and organization skills
Leadership ambitions and potential
Clear, concise communication across media: written, oral, presentation
IT skills required: expert user of MS Excel, proficient user of MS PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or related field
Master's degree in administration, analytics, engineering, or related field
Experience with any of salesforce.com, PowerQuery, and/or PowerBI
