Responsible for providing strategic analyses by evaluating corporate positioning, conducting advanced financial analysis and modeling, and provides recommendations on large strategic projects and potential M&A transactions in collaboration with senior leadership to support the organization's growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with and assist senior executives on large strategic projects & M&A transactions.
Manage financial modeling, including M&A transaction models and corporate financial models.
Work with senior executives to address the most pressing questions facing CBRE.
Manage analytical requests from Corporate Development executives such as market share analysis, competition analysis, business activity stats.
Is knowledgeable about macroeconomic and financial market activities and trends, including CBRE's stock price performance vs. the market and competitors.
Attends meetings with internal CBRE executives, potential M&A targets, and potential corporate partners.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field from a top tier managing consulting firm.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
