Job Title: Senior CRM Strategist

Develop and manage multichannel CRM programs from concept through execution.
Manage communication calendars and test plans
Develop and action customer segments, from persona development to messaging, cadence, and offers.
Work in tandem with analytics lead to recommend ways to understand audiences, impact of strategies and recommend a path forward
Work closely with partner vendors to execute campaigns seamlessly
Craft success stories to be shared with internal client stakeholders how we put our work to work
Develop focused, insightful, and inspiring creative and digital briefs
Work closely and collaboratively with strategy team, account, UX, and creative teams at the agency to deliver smart, differentiated, and strategically grounded ideas to the client.
About 5-7 years of experience as a strategist, with a focus on digital CRM for at least 3 years.
Experience managing CRM campaigns and programs sifting through customer data and insights to develop communications plans, offers and engagement strategies.
Thorough understanding email strategy, best practices and trends. A solid belief in the role of the email channel in driving customer relationships through data, insights and technology.
Experience building customer journeys and developing strategies based on journey insights.
Demonstrated ability to construct insightful, logical, (data informed) strategic thinking (briefs, presentations, POVs, etc.) that guides creative approaches.
Solid primary and desk research skills - ability to creatively use a mix of tools to uncover deep organizational, media, and audience insights; experience designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative target audience research
Passionate about ideas and digital on top of, and excited by both new advertising/brand ideas, and the emerging digital possibilities and how they can be used for client business, with a perspective on what's next

Experience in email, mobile, social, and web.
Strong writing skills - easily express thoughts and insights in a simple manner
Work with analysts to report on performance, create benchmarks, and develop recommendations for content optimization and future content creation.
