ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer/ Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. Develop and maintain network architecture, standards, and guidelines to support current and future business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions. • Network Security: Implement and manage network security protocols, policies, and best practices to safeguard the organizations data and infrastructure. • Routing and Switching:

Design, and optimize network routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless data flow and minimal downtime. • Private Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in private cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and ADC (Application Delivery Controllers).Design and integrate private cloud networks to support scalable and reliable application delivery. • Network Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks and come up with strategies to optimize network efficiency. • Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: • 10 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer/Architect or a similar role in designing and managing complex networks. • In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation techniques. • Expertise in routing and switching technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs). • Hands-on experience with private cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as ADC technologies. • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable. • Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, APG, SMARTS). • Solid understanding of network virtualization and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) concepts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $155,600 - $272,400 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
