Perform daily accounting activities; journal entries, re-class and reconcile to general ledger, required to maintain general ledger
Prepare complex foreign currency translation analysis and journal entries, including the month end close revenue reconciliation between two accounting systems
Perform Month end/Quarterly/Annual Accounting close procedures; analyzing actual vs forecast and prior month
Prepare and review month-end journal entries; product returns reserve calculations, intercompany transactions
Analyze, perform and review monthly account reconciliations
Assist, perform and review the corporate monthly and quarterly variance analysis
Perform and maintain Sarbanes Oxley controls & provide audit support
Respond to ad-hoc internal and external accounting-related inquiries and requests
Assist with producing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and adhoc financial reports
Strong knowledge in MS Office suite
Excellent Microsoft excel and pivot table skills
Some knowledge of accounting in foreign currencies, foreign exchange rates and foreign currency gains and losses
Excellent verbal and written communications
Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment while being calm under pressure
Ability to work with others to achieve agreeable outcome.
