Currently, we are seeking a qualified candidate for a Trade Partner Support Specialist opening to join our Business to Business (B2B) Customer Service Order Management organization.
Day to Day
Today, you will be providing world-class customer service by phone to our Part Distributors and Trade Partners while responding to inquiries such as order status, part availability, order validation, or pricing issues. Tomorrow you might be utilizing problem resolution skills to resolve a customer complaint in support of our domestic Trade Partners, Part Distributors, Sears, Commercial Laundry, or OEM accounts. You would work cross functionally, as needed, with Inventory Management, Service Engineering, Plainfield Warehouse and Sales Managers. You would be required to handle all B2B interactions with the highest level of professionalism / confidentiality, adhering to all contracts, agreements, and policy and procedure regulations.
What You Will Do
Provide world class Customer Service support by answering phone calls from Trade Partners and Part Distributor questions on parts and part orders.
Provide accurate part information related to: availability, research, order modification, pricing, door FIP, order validation, cancellations, and order status.
Provide follow up resolution to our Trade Partner within a timely manner
Assist with offline projects as the need arise
Interact with various levels of management
What You Need To Succeed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the dedication to stay focused on several tasks at once
Ability to negotiate positively and effectively with our Trade Partners
Good decision making and judgment skills
A strong knowledge of SAP NPD, AS400, Partsmart, Sharepoint, Phud notes, and eCRM.
