Real Estate Lending - Responsible for originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring of large, moderately-complex real estate loans and tax credit equity investments with moderate risk. Responsible for all Real Estate Lending loan components including origination, underwriting and closing for larger loans and equity investments of moderate complexity.

Monitors existing loan and investment portfolios, including loan reviews and site visits. Manages existing accounts and client relationships for revenue accounts of moderate risk and complexity. Develops opportunities based on research and prospecting for new clients.

Solves unusual problems that are of moderate risk in nature. Resolves problems escalated by more junior staff. Cross-sells bank products and services.

Generates new business opportunities for the bank such as new loans and related fees. No direct reports. Provides guidance to more junior staff. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. MBA is preferred.7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in real estate lending or commercial banking preferred.
