Senior Specialist, Product Offer Management
Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Specialist you will be required to lead and deliver our strategic and operational efforts during a time of exciting transformation. The role is to own and manage Dell's product offer inception to go live on Dell's order management systems. This will involve leading your colleagues and peers, and utilizing your problem-solving skills to constantly challenge established processes and to excel in a world class Master Data organization.
You will manage product master data. You need to project manage and utilize the resources you have available to you to ensure quality and alignment with Dell's strategic goals. You will execute quality and audit checks to ensure product data is complete to 100% accuracy.
Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates/maintenance and issue resolution using global processes and tools.
Complete global project deployments by means of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business requirement generation and interfacing with IT teams.
Identify opportunities to develop and implement long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements, this will include working cross-functionally with GOPO extended teams.
