Information Technology Risk Management and Security Governance Risk and Compliance (ITRMS GRC) is an essential component of the current IT enterprise that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain and Marketing organizations.
The ITRMS GRC Compliance Monitoring group is responsible for enabling innovation within ITRMS GRC Compliance through proactive and predictive compliance insights including monitoring performance against strategy, providing risk insights derived from second-line monitoring and driving accountability within the IT Compliance organization.
The Compliance Risk Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing IT risks and creating reports. This role reports to the Director, IT GRC Compliance Monitoring.

Develops visualization and report requirement
Oversees analytics and report development
Translates strategic objectives to project plans and manages day-to-day execution
Keeps leadership regularly apprised of project status

A minimum of 6 years of IT risk and compliance / IT audit
Understands data analytics concepts and leveraging data to assess risk
Strong communication and relationship management skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum techniques and execution
Skilled at using consultative techniques to manage ambiguity and drive progress
Strong storyboarding skills
