Sr Specialist, Internal Communications (Operations) at a glance...
The Sr Specialist will support the development and execution of the North America (NA) Supply Chain Operations (SCO) employee communications plan. This involves the planning, content creation and completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual communications initiatives, supporting a population of 6,700 salaried and 15,500 hourly employees in North America.
What's on the menu?
Support the NA SCO organization through strategic communications and tell stories about the incredible teammates who make our food and beverages.
Support NA SCO Town Hall events (plan, content, meeting logistics), crafting written / video content for use in internal and social media channels, management of internal channels such as intranet / app, and translation management as needed.
Own NA Operations Intranet site, including sourcing material, creating templates, and promoting resources
Work with plants and support departments on digital signage design and deployment
Develop a strategy and support materials for plant visits and "big moment" events
Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all NA SCO communications, underscoring key themes and priorities
Write, design, collect content and produce biweekly SCO newsletter
Work with a variety of cross-functional team members to deliver timely, well-crafted, and clear content that encourages, engages, and activates NA SCO team members. This role will distill sophisticated ideas into simple, but intellectually credible, arguments.
Drive NA SCO communications around KHC Dream, 10-Year Strategy, Purpose, Vision and Values, and tell stories about how SCO employees contribute to the Company's growth.
