Senior Specialist, B2B Digital Marketing Platforms - US
Mastercard has quickly become a leading technology company offering services that powers the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's US Marketing organization, the Product and B2B marketing team creates market differentiation and consideration for Mastercard's products and services which are used by the world's largest banks, merchants and tech companies. Working closely with product and sales teams, we develop compelling strategies, content and platforms that drive awareness and demand for solutions across digital payments, fraud services, business payments and more.
The US Digital Marketing Sr Specialist, B2B is responsible for supporting the entire team with subject matter expertise to bring our digital capabilities to a whole new level of excellence. You will have the opportunity to craft a digital first strategy, find new solutions that meet our needs, and execute various campaigns to new prospects and existing customers.
Manage digital initiatives that drive awareness and engagement using various paid and organic tools like LinkedIn, search, trade publications, and more
Develop CRM strategies that create ongoing engagement with our audience in a repeatable way
Manage and leverage a customer marketing platform as a key channel for our B2B communications strategy
Develop a reporting process that allows the team to optimize and show the impact of projects
Identify new solutions and trends that evolve our digital practices
Work closely with other parts of marketing around the company, including trade shows and communications, to complete projects
Work with product marketing partners to develop engaging and interesting content plans delivered via digital formats
Manage agency resources and consultants to help deliver on various projects from creative development to media
All About You
B2B marketing experience, ideally selling enterprise technology or consulting services
Experience in digital marketing tools like SalesForce, Pardot (or other CRM), Adobe, etc.
See yourself as digital savvy and like to stay on top of trends
Enjoy working in a cross-functional team with various roles across marketing, sales, and product
Detail oriented with the ability to manage teams through projects
Go getter who does not get frustrated by challenges
Bachelor's degree required
