JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to inform the organization's target market/customer segments of the merits of purchasing it's products and services.

Activities include planning, executing and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Has operational responsibility for marketing operations and managing commercial capabilities that support or enhance customer and product marketing programs.

Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area.

Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to inform the organization's target market/customer segments of the merits of purchasing it's products and services.

Activities include planning, executing and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Has operational responsibility for marketing operations and managing commercial capabilities that support or enhance customer and product marketing programs.

Plan, develop, and execute more complex promotional campaigns, or those that are of strategic importance to the organization.

These campaigns inform the organization's target market of the merits of purchasing its products and services and may include trade exhibitions, direct mailing, telemarketing, seminars, store signs and billboards, and print, television, film, and radio advertising.

Research, write, design, and edit more complex or specialized sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.

Arrange for this material to be economically published and distributed.

Collateral may include training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.

Organize and attend seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and other events so that potential customers have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its products and services.

Liaise with managers in sales, marketing, and brand management to develop campaigns that help them achieve their sales goals.

Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget.

Coaches less experienced team members and help them resolve problems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * As the Specialist in the Regulatory Affairs Sub-Function, considered as highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in directing development of product registration submission, progress reports, supplements, amendments, or periodic experience reports. * Interacts with regulatory agency to expedite approval of pending registration. * Serves as regulatory liaison throughout product life cycle. * Participates in some of the following: product plan development and implementation, regulatory strategy, risk management, chemistry manufacturing control (CMC). * Ensures timely approval of new drugs, biologics or medical devices and continued approval of marketed products. * Serves as regulatory representative to marketing, research teams and regulatory agencies. * Advises development and/or marketing teams on manufacturing changes, line extensions, technical labeling, appropriate regulations and interpretations. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education: Associates Degree Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or Clinical in Medical Devices.
