Key responsibilities for this role include:
Build, maintain and enhance relationships with key assigned customer accounts serving as the single point of contact to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately, in a timely manner, with the highest level of customer service.
Manage assigned accounts which includes, but not limited to, order management, correspondence, analysis and reporting, and solution implementation.
Analyze, review, and release customer orders based on ordering patterns, inventory status, product controlled status, and provided usages.
Partner with internal stakeholders, such as Sales Teams and Distribution Center, to ensure accurate and timely shipment and delivery of customer orders.
Comply with DEA and State Regulatory guidelines and internal SOP's involving the shipment of pharmaceutical product. This includes obtaining necessary documentation for controlled products, excessive orders, license verification, as well as ensuring the shipment of only the drug classes each account is licensed to receive and distribute are processed.
Compile and analyze order details to provide recommendations for customer claims.
Maintain current thorough knowledge of all business units and product portfolios, marketing campaigns, pricing, website information, PAP programs, and other relevant programs.
Attend cross functional meetings on behalf of assigned key accounts.
Act as a mentor and trainer for members of the Customer Relations Team.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge and understanding of customer service operations and Microsoft Office Programs. The use of an ERP and CRM system is preferred.
Must possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships are required.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.
Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.
Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. Periodic travel is required.
Normal office situation.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
