Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Direct and indirect sourcing of qualified, diverse talent for both non executive and executive roles for positions across Merck divisions Merck Research Labs, Global Human Health, Merck Manufacturing Division, Merck Animal Health and Global Support Functions
Partner with Divisional Leader to prioritize and determine which requisitions require assistance and create a sourcing priority based on those results
Build relationships and Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) to understand business strategy
Understand and effectively communicate external environment and talent landscape
Talent Mapping and prospect sourcing to convert passive candidates into active job applicants for current positions
Pipeline building: developing pools of external talent for critical roles, including proactive outreach and ongoing engagement of prospects
Effectively manage CRM tools to track, build and report diverse candidate pools
Partner with the TAA to develop sourcing strategy and ensure alignment on sourcing expectations, timelines, and results
Track and monitor progress; measure source effectiveness and produce progress reports as needed
These positions can be located in NJ or PA
Minimum of 6 years in Talent Acquisition / Sourcing
Strong business accumen
Good communication skills
Strong external labor market and best practice knowledge
LinkedIn, Social Media and other CRM tools skills
Strong multi channel sourcing experience (virtual career fairs, external events)
