Remote Role - may live anywhere in continental U.S., near major airport
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver world-class Paragon demonstrations to prospective Allscripts opportunities in either a team or individual environment. This sales support specialist will prepare and deliver tailored, meaningful and competitive presentations to prospective Allscripts clients in either a team or individual setting. This associate will leverage unique and experiential knowledge and expertise to build and nurture client relationships and maintain loyalty.
Works independently & directly with mentors, peers, leadership and support to prepare and deliver competitive Allscripts solutions presentations Works directly with mentors, peers and leadership to enhance consultative selling skills Works independently and with mentors to expand knowledge Allscripts solutions and presentation delivery skills Able to identify and expeditiously communicate, up line, solutions and process issues that could potentially negatively impact patient safety or quality presentation event outcomes
Maintain knowledge of practice, industry standards, and legal & regulatory requirements as advancements are made in area of clinical and / or specialty; this is to include maintaining professional licensure, continuing education, professional organization membership and networking as appropriate
Develop and nurture Client relationships throughout the presentation event process and other Client facing activities Develop and maintain core presentation skills and competencies Develop and maintain consultative sell skills to identify specific Client challenges & problems through discovery, prepare, and deliver a challenges / problem solving presentation Maintain current knowledge and expertise with Allscripts Solutions version releases and technology and prepare presentations or incorporate into current presentation scripts to effectively articulate the value during presentations Collaborates with Leadership to deliver presentation event opportunities, priorities, competitive messaging and differentiation Individually manage the presentation event process & readiness throughout the; request, discovery, preparation, delivery and post event debrief and follow-up activities according to established best practices guidance Coordinate & collaborate with configuration and technology support to utilize the most current demonstration environment(s), version releases, and integration availability to tailor, prepare and deliver a meaningful presentation Select available published scripts and supporting reference materials to prepare and tailor to best present the Allscripts solutions value while avoiding redundant modification Participate & contribute to the post presentation event review & quality improvement process to identify best practice, provide & receive constructive feedback and develop enhancements to existing presentation materials and processes Maintain vigilance and gather competitive intelligence during the presentation event process activities and communicate appropriately Participate in ongoing cross-train initiatives and activities
Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent experience. Licensed medical professional preferred
Clinical or experiential role requires 4-7 years experience in a clinical environment
Practice management role typically requires 4-7 years experience in clinical billing office
Proficient in translating client requirements into engaging product demonstrations
Proven track record of working effectively with senior health care executives
4+ years experience demoing Healthcare IT Solutions
Direct experience with the Allscripts Paragon solution, strongly preferred
May be office-based or remote
Peak times include end of month, end of quarter and end of year, during this time PTO time is limited to meet the needs of the business.
Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
