Job Summary

The Sr. Solutions Consultant will lead in supporting and executing the strategic plan for the Solutions Consulting team within the Employer Solutions division. This subject matter expert will work collaboratively with the Sr. Director of Solutions Consulting, and Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience teams to bring forward new and pioneering products and solutions for self-funded customers. This role will build a deep partnership with customers and prospects, alongside Priority's Sales and Client Experience organizations, to accelerate growth through product adoption, win new customers in the market, and meet and exceed bookings, pipeline and revenue targets. This role is external facing with in-person travel required within Michigan.

Essential Functions

  • Create a deep partnership with Priority Health's market-facing teams and the broader partner ecosystem to accelerate growth, win in the market and meet and exceed sales, pipeline, revenue and membership targets.

  • Lead and help drive the self-funded sales and customer retention strategy into through product positioning, targeted upsell and external opportunities.

  • Lead in key client, prospect, partner and agent/broker/consultant executive meetings to demonstrate Priority Health's consistent focus on solving complex healthcare issues.

  • Support Employer Solutions' strategic go-to-market opportunities, including executing a transformational "Challenger Sale" approach to selling innovative products and solutions

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in Priority Health's innovative healthcare solutions for external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 10 years of relevant experience in sales or product management

  • Healthcare technology and or insurance industry experience

  • Experience driving cross-functional projects independently and collaboratively

  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large and complex projects

  • Michigan Health & Life Insurance License

Preferred

  • Consulting experience with a focus on sales and client experience

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in business administration or equivalent advanced degree
