This Opportunity
WSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our Project and Program Management team.
Your Impact
Provide leadership and strategic guidance for program delivery and operational support
Act as key point of contact for key stakeholders for solution architecture of the Project (PPM) domain (experience in finance, sales and procurement functions is highly desired). Understand business needs, translate into end-to-end solution approach, in alignment with WSP strategy and architecture
Evaluate and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with business representatives and program leadership
Cross functional collaboration and deep understanding of PPM, Finance, Sales and Procurement domains
Drive standardization of processes across all regions, and promote use of best practices
Provide technical/functional guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems in the Project domain
Ensure the establish standards and methods are use in the design of the solution to ensure upgrade capabilities
Identify improvement opportunities
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
University Degree in Management or Computer Science or equivalent
15 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP, more specifically with Project and Finance modules
10 years of relevant experience in application architecture in the field of Engineering & Construction Professional Services
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Capability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with business stakeholders and global architecture function
Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a complex environment

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $130,300 - $240,790
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $130,300 - $226,050
