Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions. Directing large technology engagements and participating in projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production.

Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.

Presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company's growth and progress. Implementing talent and compensation management modules in Oracle (Oak Ridge Automatic Computer Logical Engine) HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud. Implementing core HR (Human Resources), benefits, payroll and compensation modules in PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud.

Preparing documentation regarding customizations made to PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud. Implementing benefits, absence management and recruiting modules. Developing reusable integration programs for Taleo-PeopleSoft HCM integration and converting programs for benefits data from earlier versions of PeopleSoft to the most up to date version. Utilizing PeopleSoft development tools Application Engine, XML (Extensible Markup Language) Publisher, Integration Broker and PeopleCode for development works required to meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Implementing talent and compensation management modules in Oracle (Oak Ridge Automatic Computer Logical Engine) HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud;

  • Implementing core HR (Human Resources), benefits, payroll and compensation modules in PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Cloud;

  • Preparing documentation regarding customizations made to PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud;

  • Implementing benefits, absence management and recruiting modules;

Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications.
