The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Center of Excellence (COE) provides solutions & Services enabling digital document and content management capabilities to capture, manage, store, preserve, deliver content(Image, Document, Data) and related document/content business process work-flows across all Line of businesses for Wells Fargo.
Technology teams provide and support ECM solutions and core capabilities including: Content Integration & Federation Services, Micro & Composite Services ,Transformation/ingestion/export & delivery Services, Event Notification/Messaging services, Viewer Services/Apps, Repository & Record Management Services, Content Management Portal/Apps, Capture/Data Services, Document Management/Ops apps, Web Content & Knowledge Management, Internal Policy/Procedure Services /Apps, Component Content Management Services /Apps. In addition, COE continue to evaluate and assess additional capabilities for future alignment towards technology simplification and application rationalization towards target state.
The candidate will define Enterprise Content Management Center of Excellence's (ECM CoE) Application Modernization, API enablement and cloud migration strategy and will closely work with Enterprise and Line of Business Architects to make key architecture and design decisions including technologies and services to use that will enable accelerated migration toward next-generation Enterprise Content Platform(s) providing a richer and more secure customer and business experience . He/she will partner with application teams on their needs and cloud platform engineering teams to find pragmatic application modernization solutions based on risk assessments, complexity, interoperability, cost benefits, performance and availability impacts, business value and other enterprise priorities. Providing day-to-day influential and result-oriented leadership towards multiple application rationalizing, streamlining and simplification efforts focused on consolidating the diverse technology stack within ECM into limited set of best-in-class options while ensuring zero disruption to existing services will be an inherent expectation.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of technical design: ECM system design, implementation, and support at an enterprise level
Experience securing IaaS/PaaS private cloud or DevOps environments
Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers
Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
2+ years of JIRA experience
3+ years of Agile experience
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
