Senior Solution Architect

We're looking for a solution architect to join our ranks in Digital Solutions Architecture. From requirements gathering through advising project delivery, you'll be responsible for the project's solution technical design. The position will provide the technical leadership and partnership to the business and technology teams through the lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing secure end-to-end solutions that address the project's specific needs, encompassing data collection, storage, processing, and analytics.

• Acting as a consulting advisor for the project from design through delivery

• Collaborating with enterprise architects in the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture, including data standards, policies, and procedures.

• Helping to developing current and future road maps for projects and programs

• Delivering actionable design and technical documentation for the Delivery Excellence and Engineering teams

• Participating in application and infrastructure architecture design to increase security, reliability, predictability, and manageability of planned and executed projects

• Staying on top of leading research, innovation, and proof-of-concept implementation of new technologies

Core Strengths and Skills

• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and work with diverse project teams

• Experience with SaaS enterprise offerings: Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake

• Wide knowledge and/or experience in: Enterprise Data, Information Security, and Infrastructure

• Deep expertise in one or more areas: Big Data technologies, Information Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems, Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Broad knowledge of computer programming languages modern DevOps processes

• Strong understanding of PMO and SDLC processes and technologies

• Demonstrated experience leading architecture solutions and execution with at least 5 years of experience working as an application, solutions and/or enterprise architect

• Skilled at working independently with minimal supervision; can organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals

• Excellent interpersonal skills; with strong written and verbal communication, accountability, and time management capabilities

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• Certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud technologies are a plus

• Working knowledge of enterprise data management solutions and platforms, including MDM, data governance, metadata management, ETL/ELT, data quality management and data warehouse management
