We are now looking for a Senior Software Security Architect for Nvidia family of Server Products purpose built to revolutionize Deep Learning, HPC and many emerging applications. You will help improving security, reduce risks, and eliminate threats and vulnerabilities across a diverse range of NVIDIA products.
What you will be doing:
As the lead security architect for NVIDIA's family of Server Products, you will participate in engineering projects and drive all aspects of security including identifying threats and vulnerabilities in software and server system architectures.
Define security requirements and work with engineering team from concept through implementation of secure solutions for server systems
Participate in hardware and software system design reviews
You will create security roadmap that makes the servers secure both for the users and administrators.
Manage timely development, review, change and approval of the security requirements and specifications.
Keep up to date on security risks and develop solutions without impacting customer experience.
Work closely with customers and partners to understand use cases and identify security needs proactively.
What we need to see:
10+ years of experience working in server security.
Deep understanding of server security architecture and design of software and firmware for server systems.
Extensive working knowledge in kernel, firmware, and hypervisor areas.
Experience with Secure Software Development Process
Knowledgeable in threat modeling and other risk assessment skills.
Hands on experience in solving security issues that span software and hardware
Excellent communication skills and working in a cross functional environment
Solid understanding of the PKI security model
Solid understanding of key management techniques and standards like KMIP
Well versed with CIS benchmarks
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields. MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Familiarity with processor architectures such as x86, ARM, RISC-V
Hands on experience with Secure boot, Data at Rest Encryption (DaRE), HW accelerated cryptography.
Experience with FIPS 140-2 compliance
PCI security DSS (data security standard)
Experience with cloud security
