Requirements gathering, assessing, vetting, and migration into design, architecture, feature sets, and features
Software development, testing, installation, configuration and upgrading;
Programming to include code creation, bug fixes and enhancements, as well as installation, monitoring and configuration programs and scripts.
Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design;
Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
Shall have at least ten (10) years experience as a Software Engineer in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to junior programmer/analysts, as required.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Communications Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree.
Qualified applicants subject to a security background investigation and must meet minimum eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.
