At 343 Industries, our mission is to inspire heroes and deliver wonder. As a developer on the PC team, you will profile, debug, design, and implement systems and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of disciplines including graphics, threading, profiling and optimization; as well as a familiarity with security, services, and distribution. We are looking for a developer who is intimately familiar with the PC gaming ecosystem, and is passionate about building a world class gaming experience for PC!

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional C/C++ development experience

  • Strong understanding of modern graphics APIs such as DirectX12 or Vulkan

  • Strong understanding of multithreading

  • Strong debugging skills

  • Experience with performance analysis and associated tools such as PIX

  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows platform behavior such as scheduling, networking, and peripherals

  • Experience with security, reverse engineering, pen testing, and cheating in PC games

  • Experience with storefront / platform integration such as the Microsoft Store

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience shipping AAA games on PC
  • Experience with hardware compatibility testing and support
