Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to further the design and development of Taxas blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in blockchain, cryptography, and large-scale system development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement and deploy smart contracts on the Ethereum network to interact with Taxa network's protocol;
Further the design and development of Taxas decentralized computing network;
Work closely with the R&D team to co-plan and co-design Taxas product offerings in an agile development process.

Requirements

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated experience in Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity);
Solid understandings in blockchain & cryptography fundamentals;
Experience in DevOP: AWS/Linux;
Experience with at least 1 backend language/framework such as Python, JavaScript, or Go;
Experience with C/C++ is highly preferred;
In-depth experience with security and cryptography is a bonus.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree.

It is required to have deep knowledge of Python and C++ programming languages, basic knowledge of JavaScript and CI build systems (Jenkins) is a plus. Prior experience with 3D applications (or games) would be beneficial but not required. This is a fulltime position located remotely for the current timeframe. The on-site location will be the San Jose Adobe office. What You'll Do: * Develop new modules and maintain existing test framework on Windows, OSX, and web services * Develop and execute automation tests, for applications and components running on Windows, OSX and web. * Support the application engineering team by defining unit tests requirements and writing them if necessary * Contribute to refining test and release processes, supporting the team * Track and manage bugs found during test validation * Execute test plan and provide feedback on efficiency of the product * Maintain hardware lab with a variety of CPU and GPU configurations * Maintain the wiki and the test framework documentation What you Need to Succeed: * Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in testing and automating desktop, services, and web applications and/or software mission critical systems. * Minimum 10 years of proven software development / test automation, with strong experience in Python and C++ * Must have experience writing and executing clear, organized, detailed test plans and test cases, including the design of test scripts * Working in Unix/OSX and Windows environment including Unix/OSX administration is required * Performance testing design and implementation desirable * Knowledge of Jenkins CI systems desirable (jobs creation and troubleshooting, Jenkins API) * Experience writing unit tests, integrating tools in existing test framework and overall strong knowledge of how a test system is designed. * Must be able to install, configure and maintain test machines in a lab environment * Attention to details, utmost respect for deadlines and commitments, team player that has the desire to improve and improve others around him/her * Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects * Must have Strong communication skills, excellent listening skills, and a strong work ethics * Must be a self-starter, motivated, detail oriented, with prior proven experience of shipping products and components. * Experience with iOS testing and Android testing is nice to have * Experience testing / working with 3D software in a gaming or industrial environment would be nice to have The Adobe 3D&I team is highly entrepreneurial and cross-functional, and we look for well-rounded individuals able to span boundaries. You should feel comfortable bringing feedback from testing the product back to the product team, to suggest areas of improvement.
