  They're building the essential platform layer that enables companies to effectively deploy and manage AI/LLM applications at scale. As an early-stage, venture-backed startup experiencing rapid growth, they're looking for passionate engineers to join their mission of democratizing AI implementation. What You Will Do:
  
  Architect and build robust infrastructure for next-generation AI systems, including prompt chaining and fine-tuning infrastructure Design and own mission-critical backend systems that power the platform Lead green-field projects that directly impact the company's technical direction Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and implement effective solutions Help shape the technical and architectural decisions that will define the platform's future Work with cutting-edge technologies in the AI/ML space Ideal Candidate Background: 4 years of experience as a backend software engineer Strong Python development experience Track record of owning and scaling complex backend systems Experience with infrastructure management and DevOps practices Proven success working with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Postgres, and Django Background working with distributed systems and data pipelines Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes and Helm Familiarity with vector databases Prior work with AI/ML systems Startup experience Experience with TypeScript and React Track record of working in fast-paced environments Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Competitive Equity Package with 10-year exercise window Premium Healthcare Coverage Flexible PTO Visa Sponsorship Available (H-1B transfers and O-1 applications considered) Option for NYC-based or Remote work This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure while working with cutting-edge technology.
