The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.) required, or equivalent work experience as a technology professional.

  • 2+ years of overall experience in supporting Scoop, Kafka data movement and data warehousing in the AWS cloud

  • Experience with Snowflake is desired

  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker)

  • Experience with Python and/or Java a plus.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM)

The Team

The Data Support Chapter in WI Technology organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide Level 3 support/triage/analysis for our Enterprise Data Lake in the AWS cloud. In this role, you will partner with both our business partners/consumers and different infrastructure related teams to resolve client facing issues in a timely fashion. This position is a critical element to delivering Fidelity's promise of creating the best customer experiences in financial services.
