Lead the development of key functional components in Altair Control
Creating high level designs working with Architects
Performing code and design reviews
Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
Mentoring team members
Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and integrate the dependent tasks
Adhere to agile development process
Solid OOP and software design knowledge should know how to create software that's extensible, reusable and meets desired architectural objectives.
Experience developing using languages and tools including, but not limited to
SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases
Version control (e.g. Git)
5-7 years of experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Experience working with geographically distributed team is desirable.
Experience with technology stacks and solutions that include
AMQP message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ) and related frameworks
Configuration of (and implementation of APIs hosted behind) Apache, NGINX, or other similar modern open-source web servers.
