GoDaddy is hiring a strongly driven Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about quality and scalability.

This role will take on the development of Quality Engineering infrastructure and components using cutting edge web technologies like Javascript, Node, and React to redefine the future of GoDaddy's digital presence business by delivering compelling user experiences for our website builders. This includes developing robust and scalable automation to ensure high quality end-to-end awe-inspiring customer experiences.

What you'll get to do...

Create tools to help quality and development engineering teams to move faster. Specifically tools that help automate gathering metrics, performance data, test management, and deployments.
Use data and analytics to improve our products and customer experience
Participate in agile concepts such as daily stand-up meetings, design and code reviews, pairing, automated testing, and CI/CD
Solving end-to-end problems
Work across QA, Development, UX and Product Management teams to understand big picture ideas and identify solutions to make those ideas come to life

Your experience should include...

5+ years professional development experience building scalable automated tools, services and design patterns
4+ years professional UI automation experience
3+ years professional Javascript experience
Solid architecture skills
Understanding of standard web technologies (HTTP, JSON, etc)
Strong understanding and experience coding test cases (regression, functional, unit, integration, code coverage, performance, end-to-end, etc)
Strong knowledge and experience designing, implementing and utilizing APIs
Experience with UI testing using Cypress preferred.
Solid understanding of CI/CD
Experience with Jenkins preferred.
Effective system design and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, team spirit, and positive approach.
History of learning new technologies on the fly.
Willingness to work in a dynamic agile environment and participate in all aspects of our agile process.
