Senior Software Developer (MS Dynamics) - Contract

Contract Role 

Location: Onsite - Albany, NY

Length:~2 years

Responsibilities:

• Customization and Configuration: MS Dynamics to meet the specific needs of our organization, including development, system documentation, unit testing and technical support
• Integration: Integrate MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version control systems, DevOps continuous integration(CI) tools, and third-party applications. utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for Dynamics configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors within Dynamics, working closely with the IT and support teams.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of Dynamics and implement optimizations as needed to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that MS Dynamics environment is configured and maintained in accordance with security and compliance standards and also, Implement IDP and SSO solutions using knowledge of LDAP/SAML

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of professional experience
• 5+ years of Experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform
• 3+ years of Experience in administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics environment
• 3+ years of Experience with Microsoft Cloud Portals
• 5+ years of Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics environments
• 5+ years of Experience in user and access management in Dynamics
• 5+ years of Experience in Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring and improvement
• 5+ years of Experience in system documentation as developed from business requirements
• Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education
