At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Manager will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.

Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.

Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.

Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.

Ten years managing engagements of similar size / scope

Seven years of Asset Management experience; specifically in the area of personal property and fleet

Five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in support of mission support functions

Five years of business process improvement / reengineering / documentation experience in support of asset management processes

Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.

Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.

U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.

Travel may be required.

Coach and mentor junior staff members.

Ability to work overtime required on occasion.

Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.

Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.

VIEW JOBS 3/28/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-26T00:00 TITLE: Aerial ISR SME (Army) LOCATION: Arlington, VA (Pentagon) OVERVIEW Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an Intelligence Fusion Analyst supporting the U.S. Army G2 Plans & Integration Directorate (DAMI-PI) at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. RESPONSIBILITIES * Executes and leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports. Reports produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. * Provides high-level analytical assessments and advice to senior leaders on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF, DOD and within the IC. * Prepare and present briefings on projects, studies and analysis to primary staff members, senior leaders and other Army and Joint Staff. REQUIREMENTS * Must have an active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility. * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree; Graduate from the Command and General Staff College or similar Senior Staff College; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience. * Minimum Experience: Twenty (20) or more years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic; Service as a HQDA, Staff Action Officer (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint Staff or a closely related DoD organization/ agency. * Experience as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint or a closely related DOD organization/agency. * Demonstrated SME level of knowledge of Army Aerial ISR (AISR) aircraft (QRC & POR) and sensor capabilities/employment, latest AISR R&D efforts and GDIP budget process. * Experienced and recognized as an expert within multiple disciplines or areas that may include; GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, or MASINT. * Demonstrated knowledge of OSD, Joint and Army organizations, roles, missions and functions as well as Intelligence organizations roles and MI Force structure. * Experience or participated in one or more; OSD, TRADOC and/or COCOM wargames/exercises. * Demonstrated knowledge of Joint and Army processes - QDR, POM, PPBE, JROC, JCIDS, MIP, NIP, TAA, PED, JUONS/ONS, and CONOPS. * Strong oral and written communications.
